Not the same question, that thread asks if they had it done at the dealership, which the answer would be mostly no. Most go direct to a PPF installer.
 
Full PPF and then ceramic coating on top. Also had the headlights and windows tinted and ceramic coating on the wheels and callipers. Plan on keeping the car for a while.

Did full front, roof, mirrors and sides. Will be adding rear end in two weeks, then ceramic coating. Planning on keeping it until people point and stare for not being electric.....
 
On a '94 Z28 one of my previous Vettes (C5) I used Zaino. Once a year and it looked great and water beaded off it really nicely. Easy to apply, could do the entire car in less than half an hour: apply and towel off. Three - five drops would do the entire hood as it goes on very thinly. One bottle would last forever. Going to wait a couple more weeks then give my C8 its first coat. Maybe another in the Fall then once a year after that.
