After 18 days with no computer i now have it fixed after crashing during our last ice storm.It is good to see all that is new here since my last trip down the internet highway.I have not forgot my friends but between life stuff and a broke down hard drive things are now looking up.There sure is a ton of great info here and killer cars to read about it is good to be back home cheers to all.

Doug thanks good to be back, as for lindsay yes Eric and Bob and myself will be going this saturday morning in the same car to take a look around at the venders and the car show should roll in for 9.30. Would be good to meet up if your going.

Since none of my Chevelle stash of parts work on the Corvette, I am taking a load to Lindsay and hopefully I can get rid of some. I need to free up space in my back shed/barn. Kent, you will have a dandy backlog of e-mails to go through.

Keith when i checked my email when i got this :swear: computer running there was a total of 105 that i had to sort through. I am not a fan of this electronic night mare that computors can bring if this thing craps out again soon i will not fix it and i will not buy another.This is a top of the line computer that cost lots of my cash.I know stuff happens but my money is needed on more important items so if it breaks then i am done with it.

A couple of years ago I had the hard drive die in my laptop. As the computer was older, I bought a new one. One day I was in the store and happened to ask a clerk if they had hard drives for the HP computers. I think it cost $125. I ended up putting it in the laptop myself and, amazingly, I got it to work again so I have one for the garage as well. With nothing worth watching on the satellite dish, we shut it down 4-5 years ago and there are days when I could do the same with the internet. With the computer, I have a couple of hard drives to back everything up. Computers can be a pain and you can lose a pile of information if the drive dies.
