Tony,

My only fear may be that I won't want to come back home after spending time with you all! I can only say that the one good thing is that generally you have a similar period of snow to what I experience here already. If you guys lived in a snow free year around place it would be so tempting to find a place to buy and then to spend a couple of months on and off during the winter there.

Shucks, I actually can't do that either, I'd have to give up parenting time, the one thing that I'd never give up for more Z06 time..........unless he continues to badger me the way he has for Pokemon cards recently!!
