Tint brow

Can't say I've seen one Mitch. Maybe lay a cheap piece of tint film across the brow to get an idea.....
In Ontario, the top 5 inches of a windshield can be tinted, as far as I understand. That probably applies in all provinces.
Only if its factory. The law changed last year. In Ontario fir sure but not sure about other provinces.
It would seem that the safest thing to do is to not tint. That probably applies to Sask. as well.
Saskatchewan window tint laws overview:
In Saskatchewan you are not permitted to install any aftermarket window tint on the windshield nor on front side windows. There are no window tinting restrictions and any level of darkness can be used on back side windows and rear window.

- Back side windows: Any darkness can be used.
- Rear window: Any darkness can be used.
