So maybe the old " squeaky wheel gets the grease " might actually be true....

We have received confirmation that your swag package has been shipped. Additionally, we have confirmed that your welcome kit request has been processed and that your VIN is on the distribution list.

Please note that, unfortunately, Customer Care is unable to track the status of welcome kit shipments or provide an estimated delivery date. The welcome kit program is managed directly by our Marketing team, and shipment details are not available to us.

All the best,
Cameron

Good to hear, but it shouldn't be this hard.
But you are getting an additional swag package.
For sure , you shouldn't have to ask .......... but in this case it worked. I have received about 5 email follow-ups since I called a couple of weeks ago. Now we'll see what they send .

Ben , quick question. Does your postal code affect your rate as much as some say it does ? Due to theft rates for example.
You don't have to ask Ben.
Same company. I moved from Markham to Uxbridge and my car insurance dropped by almost half.

Yes…. Auto insurance is a science right down to the postal code. You can be on the opposite side of the streets with different postal codes and can pay two different premiums if all things are equal
