signal light

If your hands are small enough you can push the brake duct tube off to the side and reach the signal light from the brake duct opening!

If not I think you have to get at it from under the car, there's a couple screws/bolts holding the plastic trim underneath directly in front of the wheel well

While your in there, maybe pull the signal light housing. The C5 has a problem with the DRL melting the top of the housing, making a hole directly over the bulb. Any splash of water, driving in the rain, washing the car will knock out the bulb.
I just did my C5, One 7 mm and one 10 mm bolt, and a spring to unhook.
Used some epoxy and some aluminum tape to repair the hole.

I had to change mine. I did it from under the car......but can't recall if I drove it up on ramps or just felt around for the bulb... I think I drove in on ramps. Below the housing you'll see a cover you can take off to get to the bulb.

Good call on checking the housing BF! Mine are fine as I've had the headlight surrounds out numerous times (aftermarket headlights just in case you're wondering Silver 48).

I do have to change my corner lamps as they've taken some rocks and are cracked. I would love to go with clear corner lamps.
