i always wave at my buddy in his roush stage 3
OOO -- special pony -- One of our members here, actually the owner/Admin : RileyP has one in his family. His wife has a Roush Mustang. LOL, he liked the car so much he married the girl.
I've always like Mustangs -- had a few including an '88 + '94 GT but back in the '70's I bought a '68 Shelby GT 500 vert from someone in town here. Quite the ride -- I'd wave at that too -- no worries.:seeya:

Thanks bro -- I may seem to be challenged by age but I'm actually enjoying it -- I've never had it so good when I realize my position.
I do occasionally check the obits in the local paper just to make sure my name isn't listed (yet) realizing that one of these days it will be there.-- lol much to the delight of many members here whom I pester with endless request to "pose and say cheese please".

have to admit...always known about the wave and always waved. My girlfriend laughed at me, but quickly noticed it was a trend.

Indeed it's quite a tradition. Keep the wave going.
Does she wave yet? That would be the sign that she's a confirmed 'vette lover.

My wife and I swapped cars the other night when we went for a cruise. When she got onto my car I told her, If you see a Corvette, you have to wave....she didn't know what I was talking about and though I was making it up. 
I'll have to educate her later.
Driving the Roush, first off have to mention the exhaust sounds fantastic on that car. Her car is REALLY nice and very noticeable but with all the Mustangs I saw when I was driving a Mustang, do you think they would wave? Nope. Not one wave. Not even any looks, or nods or recognition of existence! I imagine it's because even they are sick of seeing other cars like theirs on the road. (j/k)
For the record I will have to state that anytime I can grab the keys from my wife, I am in like Flynn! That car corners dead level with the suspension on there and is just a fun car to drive. Not as fast as the Vette but fun in a different way.

Riley you are getting way to close to the "other" side!! LOL....actually I feel about the same way when I jump in the wifes BMW.....nothing like the vette but still a lot of fun to drive. Oh and basically no waves from the beemer crowd.
Yah.....You can only eat steak so many times until it's nice to have chicken, but then it is sooo nice to get back into the steak!
