Days Inn was only one available in Cochrane through Hotwire.com

right next to tim hortons on the hiway through the west side of town. could not respond earlier as my keyboard ony could use non-capital letters, try logging in with that, even the new password has capital letters,

I booked the Days Inn
I got a 2 bedroom room but only smoking was available. I don't smoke - hope it not too stinky.
If someone wants half the room I could maybe split it... $80 with GST for half.
Ramada looks next door... walking distance.

I have never been to Moraine Lake. I wonder how close we could park the cars near the lake for a photo op. I always see these amazing shots of this lake and the mountains.
Doesn't look like the road goes close but maybe the parking does

Here's a couple of spots I want to stop for shoots:
Halfway point of Abraham Lake. Sun will be on the mountains about 11 am.
Saskatchwan Crossing. Lunch anyone?
Place where I took the pic of Jo and the car I posted in our BC trip.
And of course we have the Glacier shot! This is at Bow Lake and we can go into the Num-Ti-Jah Lodge. The access has some amazing locations also.
and we will wing the rest. So many places to stop.

Un-krookeded the car ( got an alignment ) so one more thing done.

Terrific day with terrific people. We had a blast and even had an interaction with a tour bus load from Israel! Some funny stories to tell and photos to come soon!

Wow what a great day for a cruise, Brenda and I had a fantastic time today, what a great bunch of friends we met today, couldn't ask for a better time, thanks Paul for putting it together, we look forward to the next getaway and vette cruise

The special thing - Our shots were not the shots for this CAMERA..... I kinda wondered.... but I will upload them and explain what this rectangular box is all about ( Jeff, no dirty comments haha ).
the video turned out great! I will see how the upload speed is at the hotel.
