Question: what are Z06 selling For In Ontario?

The lists in Canada are long and will not ever be fully filled. We just aren't going to get enough cars to satisfy the demand. We all know what happens when supply is low and demand is high...

The US lists are very deep but have a better chance of being filled. Some dealers are rocking lists of 1600 or more, and that's as of about a week ago. After drop outs and some orders being filled. Predictions of 5 year waits in the US and many orders never even being filled.

All comes down to what it's worth to you. I know any I've seen listed sold. Cannot say for how much but as others have speculated, likely what they were asking or darn close. For most Canadians this car will be made of unobtainium. Due mainly to supply.

When I was calling dealers about 2 years ago, most were refusing to take orders due to the length or their lists. They outright knew there was no way that they would come even close to filling the orders they had.

Yes, I believe you are right based on my conversations with dealers here in Vancouver and area. Here it is all the taxes on top of the $50K over MSRP that Kelowna is asking and they are getting it. Crazy!!! Ditto the E-Ray as well which is the car I would prefer - AWD. They are offering me crappy trade-in for my loaded Z51 which irks me as well.

Supply and demand. We get very few allocations ( supply) vs people wanting them (demand). People are paying the $50k over. I would except for all taxes now especially here in BC. The taxes on the extra money are the killer for me. Unless you are top of list the chances of getting one are slim to none whi ch is a bummer.

All dealers are out to max profits . I am not a fan though of these huge markups. Most here are selling at MSRP. Unfortunately few allocations. So, not many people will get Z06 or E-Ray based on chats with biggest dealers. I am just glad I have a loaded 3LT car which is an amazing car. I am pissed that I won't get an E-Ray though. I was looking at an R8 but crazy expensive for loaded spyder plus all the taxes over $300k.

Dealerships have a bad rep for a reason. Historical reasons I said. They were mostly liars and thieves. Rolling back speedometers etc. Currently they have cleaned their act up, but they were forced to by many government regulations. That doesn't mean their reputation hasn't still got a little smell. Many of us remember ....
