Sorry guys, the the picture was what I had on my computer and was taken at another time. I don't think that the car has ever been outside over night in it's entire life. It is an original car that has been very well taken care of.

Yeah, it was really really bad today. Not fit for a vette, or two, or even three.

Well I'm definitely a wussie.... The once I had mine out of the garage a month ago, Brenda had to push me back in... lol.... Those Michelin Pilots are totally useless on snow....
One of my sisters lives in Victoria. She rubs in in enough. Now you.

but we do have 67 cent a litre gas here right now..... So even with the snow and cold for another four months, i do have something to smile about....

I'd take our 90 cents a litre gas and the ability to drive on nice, clean, dry roads, over paying 67 cents a litre and being stuck at home.
don't blame you for a minute.... hope it stays that way for you all winter.... the roads i mean... not the 90 cent gas..

Spent a couple hours Saturday plowing the driveway just to have the grader plug the entrance Sunday afternoon - joys of living rural! Sorry, no pics, but pretty much the same as Rruuuff Day's - I just use my John Deere to do it.
Toronto guys, any of you part of the GTA Motorheads group? Organizer has a C6Z06 w/Supervettes widebody, custom matt white wrap and Jake skull on the side. Just curious, they do a bunch of events over there.
I also have in-laws in Victoria, we were there over Christmas, always looking to find a way to move to the island, well until that earthquake shook the house just after Christmas - that gave me second thoughts. But the roads and weather are something I could really get used to!

It would be nice NW for sure, but there are perks and drawbacks both no matter where we are.... And yeah... looking down and wondering when that crack in the garage floor is going to get really really big is one drawback with the coast....
And hey... I share the rural living too... but at least you had a grader yesterday... my road wasn't touched...still one set of wheel tracks this morning coming to town....lol....
I'm not a member, but I'm aware of the group. I've seen some of their videos on youtube. I do know of one C6Z06 w/Supervettes widebody but the car is a dark shade of blue. I haven't seen him since Aug so he might have wrapped his car. He bought it last year from someone in Florida I believe. I can ask Shawn if he knows them.
Come on you guys it's not all that bad!! I've lived here since 1989 and we've only had three that shook the house. I think it would be easier to be hit by a meteor!! We've had several close calls, once when three of us were in my back yard and one went over real low and hit the water just off Tofino in the Pacific. The other close one exploded over the valley around 6 am one morning, didn't cause any damage but sure woke everyone though!!

Agreed on the odds, and we will likely end up on the island one day - hopefully sooner than later especially with the brand new road course currently under construction.
My father-in-law has already run an AR 4C on it!
As to the GTA group, the organizer's car is a wrap from spring last year I would guess, can't say for sure. It has gold colored rims, unmistakable and all over the net with it.
