OCD or what! Everything in its place for sure.
A shop near where I lived had a sign that read ,There use to be a speed shop I dealt with a ton of years ago that had a sign over their counter that read:
SPEED COSTS MONEY. JUST HOW FAST DO YOU WANT TO GO.
Truer words in those days for sure. Having had muscle cars back in the 70's, we were always saving our money to get more power. 500 hp was way out of my reach.
Something like the engine build for the Z06 at the Corvette plant. It takes a day to build the engine. If you take the option when purchasing to help build the engine it will take a week. And now you know why that option is so expensive.A shop near where I lived had a sign that read ,
labour rate $60.00
if you want to watch $70.00
if you want to help $100.00
I saw that. Trying to protect intellectual property perhaps. Although it would seem a bit late for that.Something like the engine build for the Z06 at the Corvette plant. Moot point I think as they are closing down all plant tours at the beginning of Feb/24 and more than most likely any engine builds as well
Might be right, there is a 1960 Buick in the background, but I think even then the next year models went on sale the preceding fall. This would be 1959 . Ben Hur is playing at the movie theatre.
I would agree with you on that, If I recall correctly they would be in showrooms in September. Up until the seventies at least.Might be right, there is a 1960 Buick in the background, but I think even then the next year models went on sale the preceding fall.
Nothin' to complain about.
