The chevy looks to be in better shape than the house. I doubt either is worth much.

Dave, notice the reinforced front bumper mounting hole....not the puny ones that locate the trim.......LOL
Breather looks a bit long for dual 4 barrels but hard to tell.....
Maybe just the picture angle but the chrome fender fins don't seem to be in the same place ; Passenger side appears to be directly over the outer headlight while the drivers side is over the inner light. lol....
and the drivers side fin looks to be a bit too far forward leaving a gap. Maybe it was restored with the thinking that you can only see one side at a time?

Tri-Power for sure. Here is air cleaner looks just like in pic #3624 including the hold down wing nut. Now try and find a paper filter cartridge to go with housing.
The metal mice have started their attack on the front fender and ornament......better hurry with the repairs before it looks like the second container door in the background......LOL

Maybe an air pump and some duct tape would help here......LOL
