Interesting @1 BAD 9T9 is that I posted that assembly line shot a long long time ago. XFIRE made some comment about about the number of people installing the bumper and had a picture of him installing the bumper on his 58 all by himself.

Just wondered about the parking brake ! Note wood used as wheel chock. By the way I love the effect that this mod has on a '49 - '51 Ford coupe. Much better than the fibreglass fins I put on my '50 Ford business coupe before I chopped and sectioned the body a-la George Barris.

All the rage in the 60's. Everyone was looking for a 58 Impala roof vent to stick on their ride... lol... I was more into hood pins....lol...

They didn't do anything. I heard a few guys later in life used them on other cars and wired a third brake light into them.
