Yes, Brian Cullen only sells at MSRP and GM still won't allow anything but customer cars. Of course it could be a salesman's car.

I think this particular car is from the "1st allocation after the correction".

I think it's a mix, Finch had an allocation from the first 15 and was delivered today, and Spencer's was the in the corrected one and was delivered also today

Won't post a hyperlink there seems to be an issue with putting VIN numbers on the forum, however it is freely available at the Chevrolet Canada Website.
