It is. I bought it new in 1981 and had it for 38 years. The griffin modification was done by Custom Coach Craft in Regina. They only did 12 of them and from what

From what I understand there were only 25 conversions done in Canada12 in Regina and 13 in Ontario. I joined the Sunchaser group in the States and if you go to the website the yellow one at the top of the page is my car. You should have... At that temp, charging time increases significantly. Those L/ions need to be warm to charge at all. A level 1 charge system expends all it's energy just trying to warm the battery up to a chargeable state when it's that cold. But look at the bright side. If you dress really warm and don't turn on the heat pump or the heated seats, you only lose about 30% of expected travel distance....
