Pretty big water for naming it a creek.... Maybe it was named in the 30'sBoys standing by a Drag Racer with Chippawa Creek in the background Near Niagara Falls. View attachment 128409
Chippawa Creek encompasses both a conservation area and a river in Ontario, Canada. The Chippawa Creek Conservation Area features 156 campsites, hiking trails, and Dils Lake, a 10-hectare man-made reservoir ideal for non-motorized boating and fishing. The area supports diverse wildlife and offers year-round recreational opportunities. Historically, the river was originally named Chippawa Creek before being renamed the Welland River in 1792. It flows approximately 135 km from its source near Hamilton to the Niagara River, providing vital ecological and recreational benefits.Pretty big water for naming it a creek.... And here I thought it was because of the wooden bridge over the river and the boards "creaked" when vehicles passed over. Hence Chippawa Creek
I think its a rare Toyota Celica Sunchaser. Apparently, per google they were modified by Griffin.1st I've ever heard of or seen.
We chopped it a bit low, couldn't get my head in. Easiest fix was to cut the roof out.
Indeed it is, a 1981 Toyota Celica Sunchaser that I bought new and kept it for 38 years until 2019. The conversion was done by Custom Coach Craft in Regina. They did 12 of them. It's new home ia only a few blocks away and it is being well cared for. I could not have sold it to a better person.I think its a rare Toyota Celica Sunchaser.
