Don't waste the coin when there is a free mod available. Go to the Grocery Store, buy some Grapes, Kumquats whatever. Use separate bags that they provide for your purchase. They'd have to prove that one version is worse than the GM approved ones. They are virtually identical anyway. That said, buy whatever. It does protect better than nothing.

No, they have to prove it. They can't just deny a warranty. Especially when an virtually identical piece is used.
