Wow Rick you snuck that one in. 6 weeks of being catered to like a lord with a bell.
Well until the service stops and you get hungry and are forced to get up and eat.
Ok sorry not meaning to make light of your situation.

My wife has been the perfect nurse maid. I'm glad she's been around. It's going to be a very long 6 weeks. I'm glad it was done now though and not in the middle of corvette summer. Surgery went well Derek, thanks.
 
Finally finished it off today. Blacked out market lights look better in the day time... reflectors, back up lights and third brake light also blacked out. Replaced oil cap and removed cheap stingray badges. As going to put new badges on but I think I like it better badgeless

Looks excellent Rick. Interesting leaving it badgeless... I don’t mind the cleaner look either. Plus it will make some wonder... “what was that model of corvette that just kick our butt??!!” 😂

Thanks Derek, I originally ordered carbon flash badge kit but as soon as I took the fender badge I decided I liked it. So I canceled the order. Beside like you said, the element of surprise...

Mine is carbon flash on a black car, I like it, very subtle. If it was chrome like my white car had it would be gone.

Funny is, during my chip seal damage repair last year, my car was completely badgeless and the repair shop called me to ask whatcha think? .... went for a visit and said ... “put em on, my friend Rick needs to know which car isn’t his ...” 😂👍🏻
