They're not subsidizing the price any further so they are using a 1.35 exchange rate which is indicative of the current rates.

Same here, mine was built 2 weeks before the 2024s started. If I had to take a 24 I probably would have given up some options (which are almost pure profit for GM, so they wouldn't have netted a full $12k increase on my build after all is considered).Still glad I got one of the last 23's.
