My 91 is my first and we 've had it 6 yrs now. It continues to put a smile on my face every time. I'm pushing 58 this year, but the corvette helps me keep feeling like a kid
This is my first one bought it last Feb for my 46th birthday, I could not decided what to purchase 69 stingray raw horsepower or modern technology 08 or newer, If I get another one it will be a 69
1st one in 1970, was a '69 I bought as a wreck, built it as a vert, put a 454 Baldwin Motion big block in it, with 2 - 1150 CRM 3 barrel carbs on a tunnel ram that stuck out of the hood about a foot, car was flat black, 4 speed, had a pair of 15" wide Mickeys on the back, headers, side pipes, about 650 "old school" horsepower, etc...looked like a cartoon picture on a t-shirt, now I just put around in my '02 vert like the rest of us old guys...and enjoy the nice smooth quiet ride
