I’m not following. People are cutting a whole in their htc rear lid to then show what’s underneath which in most cases is a black cover or something 12” underneath ?
Even I think that’s ridiculous?
JOGON makes a carbon trim window for the HTC. There are different combinations of this. It is quite common amount the HTC owners.
The hatch window only make sense when you have the see through window engine cover to complete the setup. You are right it makes no sense to do the hatch without doing the engine cover.
I speak only for myself. I bought an HTC for the look and not because of wanting to see the engine. Engine cover is an after thought nice to have option.
