Well she's finally home for the summer. Yesterday I replaced my carburetor with my original one that Lars(Corvette Forum) rebuilt over the winter. Pulled and replaced the master cylinder, four calipers, rubber hoses and rear hard lines. I was able to get the rear rotor run out down to .003 and .004, new clamp-on dial gauge worked well. Repaired horn, and the cigarette lighter. Set up my power bleeder; but it was getting dark, so I'll bleed today. My carbon fibre console overlay arrived from Mid America.....so I'll try and get to that today after a road test. All in all, a very productive day.........a couple more like this would be good. Felt good to be back wrenching after almost seven months. Will try to get some pics today, yesterday I didn't even stop for lunch......you know how it is when you get in the zone and everything is going smoothly - ride her till she bucks ya!
