Braid: Guilbeault hits height of hypocrisy with charge of immoral lawbreaking
Stephen Guilbeault slams Saskatchewan for lawbreaking. But he broke the law himself. His Liberal government has twisted the law for decades.calgaryherald.com
He also , with other climate alarmists illegally trespassed on Ralph Kline's private property and climed on his roof and started installing solar panels ! Almost gave Kline's wife a heart attack. She was scared to death not knowing what was happening. The guy is a complete nutbar/zealot . View attachment 140157
Guilbeault and Holden were arrested and charged with mischief. The stunt cost the CN Tower Corporation an estimated $50,000, and Guilbeault was sentenced to one year's probation and the court ordered him to pay a portion of costs. It's cuting hairs but here you go.
"Guilbeault was arrested in 2001 during a Greenpeace protest on the CN Tower, but an arrest is not a conviction, and there is no record of a criminal conviction resulting from that action.
Guilbeault was arrested while climbing onto Klein’s roof, as part of a Greenpeace stunt to install fake solar panels.
This incident occurred one year after the well‑known 2001 CN Tower protest
Was he convicted in Alberta?
The available reporting does not show any conviction resulting from the Alberta arrest .The only conviction on record is the public mischief guilty plea related to the CN Tower protest in Toronto, for which he received a conditional discharge (meaning no criminal record after conditions were met)."
Personally pissed off that people can go around bothering other people and just get off with a slap on the wrist. There should be some consequences.
However, he does not have a criminal record per se
Just can't trust AI to give you all the facts. Mine must be Liberal biased. LOLGuilbeault and Holden were arrested and charged with mischief. No matter how you cut it though he's still a nutbar..... do you recall him saying how we shouldn't build anymore highways when asked about our crumbling infrastructure and increased traffic ? Said no way , it would increase emissions . More than if we all moved into caves I'm sure he was thinking, lol.Just can't trust AI to give you all the facts. Mine must be Liberal biased. LOL
Should have had them pay all the costs. Anyone causing damage or incurring expenses to "control" the situation should have to pay restitution. Parents should have to pay for any stupidities their kids get in to. Would be a lot less BS around then.
Should have done that to the truckers in Ottawa. Might have moved their rear ends faster if they were getting billed for security.
If its a legal demonstration that is one thing. Crossing that line to become a nuisance is completely different
Yup. There's a $hitload of countries that already spy on their internet users. Be afraid as it will be worldwide sooner or later and AI will eventually be in control of assessing what people see, say and do online here as well. Here is the latest from the pinheads in Ottawa. FN A holes . They want to take away one of the only ways we have to prevent tracking , machine fingerprinting, and mining of our data by corporations and other nefarious entities. Mind blowing but then again unfortunately not . Hopefully the Americans will quash this massive overly intrusive insanity in order for trade negotiations to proceed . Just like they did with the Liberals attempt to tax American companies such as Netflix, Apple etc . Cash grab plain and simple. This is far worse ..... wow wow wow . Don't trust them for a millisecond.

Major VPN provider says it could leave Canada over lawful access bill
Virtual private network service NordVPN says it could pull out of Canada over the federal government’s proposed lawful access bill.www.bnnbloomberg.ca
Yup . I don't think they will make this fly just like some of their other similar hairbrained proposals. I suspect the Americans will crush this . And besides how are all those hardworking government employees going to keep traces of their at work porn surfing off of their workstations, lol. Unbelievable though that they are even attempting this BS . Again.Yup. There's a $hitload of countries that already spy on their internet users.
