Elections Canada - Please Read post Number 1

I wonder how long before the carrots start dangling in front of the NDP and Bloc riding winners to cross the floor and join Carney to "unite" behind him to fight Trump as we become an energy SUPER POWER? Out west we'll hold our breath for six months to see pipeline plans develop. After that who knows how bad it could get.
You better practice that breathe holding Bob. 6 years maybe.... Carney has no intention of us seeing a pipeline...

Yes. It's free. But they won't let you run in more than one riding. Would be neat though if you could and won all of them. You'd be the only MP representing all of the ridings in Canada. Just think... all the liberal bribe money would come straight to you... You'd be able to afford washng your car more than once a year....
Or a ZR1

And did it work?
Hard to say.
During Covid they didn't have enough supply because of all the renovation work people were doing. And then after Covid they suddenly found they had too much mill capacity and started shutting them down.
Prices didn't go down due to oversupply though. LOL

Scary thing is that the NDP which aren’t even an official Federal party anymore having a whopping 7 out of 343 seats can still be calling the shots. Anyone who would like to defend this probability please step forward.

They will bend over for the Libs once again and the Libs will take them as those 7 seats give them a majority vote....unless they have some party MPs that won't follow the party line... As if that will happen... I expect Carney will sweet talk the Blocheads into coming on board as well...

Well.... The carbon tax cut did it's job on gas prices. Our per litre was down to $1.11 after the cut. Then lo and behold, come yesterday we jumped 20 cents per litre. Amazing what one day of Liberal victory fear equals in the energy industry... Wonder what one month will bring.

Liberal fear? It's called oil company greed!
If they see you will pay $1.30 per then they will charge $1.30 per. We've been paying $1.60 or more per so consider yourself lucky. I stopped looking at gas prices years ago. I need gas, so I buy gas.

I do as well but it's still nice to hear the pump stop at $65 instead of the usual $95

And that’s with WTI at $59.35 today. Everything should be fine though when the Liberals roll out their promised support for the sector and start building those pipelines and LNG plants. Thank the gods , saved again.

It will be back to the same old same old after a month or so.
