No its not. There were no taxes prior to world war I. Government raised funds by selling natural resources and tariffs on imports. Society has been trained to look for handouts from the government but doesn't question who pays for it - nor do they care.
Roads, Health care, Schools. Or if in Quebec, Potholes! lol.
C'mon, taxes have been around for thousands of years.
It's part of life. If we want what we have we have to pay for it. Sure there appears to be tons of waste but let's not fight that issue here.

I’ve inquired at 2 different dealers about trading my Stingray in for a Z06 and both dealers didn’t get back to me. I’m guessing dealers don’t want any Corvettes during this time of year or are they just incompetent?
Some would and some wouldn't. Selling Corvettes adds to their allotment for those that want them. So places like Spencers, Cullen or W/N likely will, but smaller ones likely won't.
Seems like I am in the same boat. I guess the fella I dealt with made so much money on the first one he doesn’t want the commission on the z06. lol. Strange
