Dasilva Motorsports Meet - Wednesday Jan 22nd

Say "Hi" to Manny and the crew for me. You might want to start the car right now to let it warm up!

Will do Greg -- for sure.

My baby (SHO) is in the garage so starting is never a problem.......She will shiver a little tho going down the road in -17 temps.

I'll be real nice to her and let her warm in the driveway b4 heading out.
I topped off her g/tank last evening -- she liked that.

Will post pics later on.....stay tuned.

Colin.

Had quite a few come out to Dasilva Motorsports (Manny's) this morning --
including Jim from Georgetown, Wayne from Ancaster, Fred from Guelph, Terry and I from Cambridge, and a special guest Duncan Johnson who is the Account Manager of East Metro Auto Leasing in Toronto. Duncan has raced for some time at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park (better know as Mosport) and is familiar with the owners Ron Fellows and Carlo Fidani. Interesting guy to sit down and chat with .. Wish we had more time to talk but Manny dragged him away for a lunch.
They graciously took time to talk to us and relate some Mosport stories. Thanks for staying as long as you did Manny & Duncan.

I did take the time to snap a few pictures of some great rides at Manny's in varying states -- and a group shot of us b4 departing.

Wayne did ask that I get a few of Jim from Georgetown and I was happy to oblige...

There is one of a 20 y/o Muffin too that some of you might be interested in.:D

Also some of Manny's new "Nasty GMC truck" (white) that just arrived.

Cheers Manny and thanks from all of us for the Tim's treats.

Yes -- one down (months of winter) and 2 to go......roll on spring -- we're all ready for it ... Our visit to Manny's this morning was a nice reminder of what's to come.....rides at least..... Was a treat for sure.
