I'll add my $0.02 here.

We don't see there being many if any in-stock C8 Corvettes until 2022 at the earliest. We just received our first deposit for a 2021 Corvette. When there are no in-stock vehicles available, the supply is higher than the demand. There is no need to discount at that point.

Any thoughts on those that are at 3000 and have their order cancelled by GM due to the delays. Will they be moved to the head of the line to order a 2021, i.e. ahead of any others that already have a deposit on a 2021?
Would this be a individual dealer decision?

I'm not Eric, but it's entirely up to the dealer if GM cancels your order. Like I said, the back of your vehicle purchase agreement states that if the dealer can not provide you with the vehicle (on the front it says 2020) then the agreement is void. Then it's up to the dealer as to how to proceed. I'm sure Erics dealership and most honest dealers would put you in the appropriate place in line. That would be ahead of the 2021 deposits and behind those originally in front of you.
Remember that an order belongs to the dealer until he delivers it to you. Until then it's between GM and the dealer.
