Cold

Not as bad as some of yours up there guys but bad enough for here. I haven't seen banks like this for about 10 years or more. It's getting tougher and tougher to heave the snow over those banks......

The driveway is huge so I've limited what I clear now to about half. Jacob is coming down the drive on the left side of the picture. He's hard to see because of the house shadow but he's there. ('bout the size of a shepherd)

Spring is 52 days out and counting.

I'll trade you. We had that much before Christmas. That is a lot for Cambridge though. And more snow to come I hear. :(

No thanks Greg -- My back wouldn't last one day in that horror show .

Yes it looks like we're in for another few inches next weekend. At least for the next few days we get a little break.

Roll on spring.

It's not that bad here Colin. Have a look for yourself. I took these pictures after today's cleanup.

:rofl::rofl::(:mad::swear::canada:

I wish for milder weather....i heard today we could get another 15 cm by saturday. My garage door is frozen shut and burried lol. Should give me some motivation this weekend to dig it out and get the pin in the transmission fixed on the snowblower lol

back in the fall my buddy moved to wasaga beach. at the time he joked "whadaya wanna bet it's gonna be the worst winter on record". he was however pretty lucky, his property he had owned in the terra cotta area sustained severe damage in the ice storm. his new place this winter looks pretty much like greg's nightmare !!! :eek:

The nightmare continues Doug. Schools in the area have been closed since Friday. This is day 4 of my son's exams being cancelled. The highway to Tobermory has been closed all week; not sure what those folks are eating anymore, may turn into the Donner party up there. Looks like another cleanup here again this morning. All roads in Bruce County are closed. Most roads in Grey closed. My wife has pictures from friends who live over toward the shore and there is snow up to the eaves on some houses. But we're used to it. :(

:)

I think I'll just cutsteps into the bank, then I can easily get to the top, backing the car out of the driveway gets more interesting with each storm

I've been backing in the driveway since mid-December. Backing out would be like playing Russian roulette with the car. :eek: Tough enough to see when driving out.
