We spent all that time mounting the emergency motorcycle on the side and installing the model of an apartment atop the engine, plus we double checked all the struts and wires. We are all dressed and stuffed into our seats and she's all fired up and now you tell me you forgot to remove the 2x4 chock in the wheels!?!??!

Ah yes. The beach at St Maarten. Funny story about a 747 catching the fence with the landing gear years ago and not so funny stories of the few tourists that have died after being tossed around by the jet blast on takeoff.
