Not sure if anyone read the story on the American F35 that has been lost in the US. The pilot bailed, the jet continued on but now they cannot find the remains of it. Weird with all the electronic stuff built into modern warfare jets.

Can’t find it. Apparently there were two flying together. The second returned to base. Duh . Unless it was a low fuel situation you would think he would have followed the other one.

Well apparently we do now. The pilot ejected and left the plane in autopilot. Debris was found 2 hours North of Charleston. I wonder, if any autonomous vehicles have been similarly "lost" ?

Pulling the handles on a top secret 5th gen fighter, while on autopilot and cruising as a flight of two, doesn't happen for reasons we will ever be privy to. Media reports and official government press releases not withstanding.
