C8 Service Wait Times

I should have used a stopwatch. I tried a remote start this afternoon at home, and let the car run, until it stopped. Seemed like it only ran for around 10 minutes, but I didn't time it. Then, more than an hour later, remote start, and again, seemed like the run time was under the 15 minutes max per start, inside the single 30 minute window. Finally got going to put some miles on it, and tried a 3rd RS. No go, as expected, because I hadn't manually started it after RS number two. So, stopwatch notwithstanding, mine seems to be FAD (functioning as designed?). Per the OM. I'll try some variations tomorrow, weather permitting.
(God, I'm really getting to hate acronyms, but it's the way of the world)

Also, both cars had PDR videos of their time at the dealer erased...

Denis, I would be looking into this. It is not right that they erased your recordings as that is your property.

I don't agree with it, but it doesn't bother me enough to waste my time doing something about it

Why did they find it necessary to take the time to erase your automatic recordings? That's the question.
