Event building a new home

Waiting for any news is never fun........................!

Odd how that this Monday is two weeks for me which is when I'm expecting my news too. Lets hope it is a cork popping day for us both!

A 3000 sq ft shop on the drawing board too........your wife may never see you in the house again!!!!!!!! Could be her plan??

That is exciting news! Will we get a picture of the landscape? Where the shop will be, the house, rows of trees??

Such good news Bill. I can't imagine how thrilled you are.

What is the build schedule - sod turning??

Thanks guys, pretty excited. I still owe you a PM as well Gary, just so busy at the moment. Property is tree-less and just planted in beans which have completely dried up with the drought. I will need to find out who is renting the land and speak to him about next years renting and crop.
All hobbies will be on hold once we break ground as I will be the contractor for the build. Culvert, driveway base will be done this year and perhaps the shop but not sure on that just yet. Kind of hard to get a shop before the kitchen if you know what I mean.
