I looked for that ad well. No flashers, no warning signs or a patrol car back a ways on the road. Law suit is inevitable.

There were several police vehicles parked on the other side of the divided highway, with their flashing lights on. I suspect the driver of the vehicle that crashed, was focused on those vehicles and not paying attention to what was directly in front of him/her, which is why the driver drove directly onto the rear of the tow truck. Even though the tow truck didn't have its lights activated, it's a large object and hard to miss in the daylight, for anyone paying attention to the road in front. At least one other vehicle just before the one that crashed, passed by the tow truck w/o incident. The driver of the crashed vehicle was +++ fortunate to survive.
