Out here as well. Earlier this month a would be thief broke into an underground utility box and proceeded to use bolt cutters to cut a 25,000 volt copper cable. After 6000 people were without power, city workers investigating the outage found the bolt cutters welded to the cable. Police are still looking for the suspect but wonder how he didn't fry.
