when this reusing your old bags got under way several years ago they would give you the bags for free and if you brought in your bags they would credit 2c per plastic bag and 5c for paper bag. Needless to say i made sure I had paper bags!
Then that stopped and now they charge you for the bag.
Bet you that the next step is if you wnat a paper receipt they will charge you for that. After all, the banks are charging now if you want paper statements.
