Just thought I would test you guys another way besides Corvette colour. Was the 1955 265 CID the first Chevrolet V8 engine? No it was 2018 and here's a picture to prove it.

Interesting , but you slipped slightly on the date, it was 1918, at least according to google lens. Its again proof there isn't much new in engines, just a significant amount of refinement.
