So... Trump is now blockading the blockade he caused in the first place... Vance did so well at the negotiation in Pakistan that I'm surprised he's still alive...Such a shame....
So after Trump jumped at the thought he could share the toll money to allow ships to use the strait, he is now totally blocking all ships entry. The man really has no idea from one minute to the next what he's actually going to do and has now blocked the rest of the world who had agreements with Iran to use the strait. In comparison (and no surprise seeing where it's coming from), this sounds like 'setting your neighbours house on fire, then complaining that the smoke is getting in your eyes, and then setting your own house on fire to teach the neighbour a lesson.
And 40% of the US population are still cheering him on. That's 135 million people with the brains of a dried turd that totally deserve to go down in flames. Shame that the other 203 million people don't have the intestinal fortitude to stop him, as they will end up burning with the rest. JMO

It's quite the mess, but since someone persuaded him not to do the war crimes, he had little choice.
He's made the whole thing a real mess to put it mildly.
Other than the fact that he shares the same war crime now with Iran.... Blockading an international waterway.....
It was the Russians and China and other unfriendlies that Iran was allowing through. While blockading our allies vessels.
Yes, it's likely putting out a fire with gasoline, but he had little choice other than admitting total defeat and making things much worse then when he started. He seems to be trying to get at least status quo back. You can't argue with a group of people that think dying is simply a path to a better life.
It's just a complete and utter mess, no question.
That said, yes I see no path to anything other than making things worse than when he started.
