I'm afraid this article is paywalled but it's about Marco Rubio . He has just co-sponsored a bill aiming to stop Turdump from withdrawing from NATO.....I would suggest he has more spine than you give him credit for.
It’s the bipartisan NATO withdrawal restriction championed by Marco Rubio and Tim Kaine. The measure prohibits any U.S. president from unilaterally withdrawing the United States from NATO without Senate approval or an Act of Congress . The bill was folded into the Fiscal Year 2024 National Defense Authorization Act and says the president cannot suspend, terminate, or withdraw U.S. membership in NATO without congressional approval . It also blocks federal funding from being used for an unauthorized exit .
