Just under half of the members of Congress are Democrats which is of course probably where the condemnation is coming from. But yes , I was under the impression that " declaring " war was the purview of Congress . But has the US actually declared war ? Not that Vladimir Trump cares .....

Did you notice that the strikes started very shortly after the US Stock Markets closed on Friday ? Coincidence ? Maybe. Maybe the latest polls and upcoming midterm elections ? Be interesting to see who in the Administration sold or bought what equities on Thursday........
