Vance has to have the wherewithal and guts first. It takes the right amount of ingredients to make a good cake, just as it takes the right ingredients to propel a dictator to power. Vance is a puppet and could never be a good leader let alone a dictator.
In Trumps case all the stars seem to have aligned just right.

It's about the oil obviously. Which may partially be because of the instability in world oil markets that would be caused if the maniac decides to go after Iran . In come the major US petroleum companies now to take over Venezuela's oil reserves which are the largest on the planet. And what do we have large quantities of here in Canada ? Vast petroleum, critical mineral and water reserves. Jesus H.
