Highway 118 between the Town of Haliburton and Carnarvon at Highway 35 should be avoided at all cost. Repaving and it is a mess.

Highway 503 at Gooderham and the Glenmorgan Road to Haliburton down to gravel for repaving, not Corvette friendly!!

Highway 141 at Rosseau on 632 south to Port Carling requires some care. They gravelled the shoulders in a number of spots and manage pull all the gravel right onto the road.

Monck Road from Rama towards Highway 35 at Norland has the same issues as above in spots. Just travel across with care.

Enjoy the long weekend hope for good weather!!

How much tar and chip resurfacing do they do out that way? It used to be fairly common in rural areas. Ridge Rd and many nearby connectors on the Niagara Escarpment used to get that every few years. Beware. Watch for signage. Not car friendly at all when fresh.

Ran though a very short section of that on the Rama Road today headed north. Going south you would have had an issue with that stuff, new chipped stuff looked like it was down for a long way. Really hard to get off without chemicals.
Been there, done that. Lighter fluid works. Not a great option but it does.

Yep, did this recently and was wondering why all the gravel, appeared to be worse around the turns and I thought it was done on purpose to act as a deterrent
Luckily I didn't have anyone in front of me.
