I imagine the MOE guys would be very interested in that car. For the street these days, I wouldn't buy anything that wasn't emissions compliant. The hassles and fines just are not worth it. Still, this would be a fun car on the strip. You could always dress it up like a Grumpy's Toy Pro Stock look alike.
