Might be the solution to my problem

I tried to buy this off Amazon.com but they can't ship to Canada.

Does anyone know a supplier in Canada that is carrying this product? It looks like the answer to my rear quarter panel woes.

Thx

I'd be interested to hear from someone who's tried this product , if it's positive , it would be worth taking a quick cruise across the border to pick some up !

I have 3M on the front clip of my 08 and I'm disappointed to say I'm starting to notice some color difference .The car is garaged 10 months out of the year so it's not paint fade .The bra area is darker.

Wow...........so the $800 dealer application might be a little bit of a gouge?

If it was the same technology then yes, but they aren't so no.

I've been researching options for paint protection like this one. This specific version is a spray-on type. Which over a couple of hours congeals into a semi solid. My worry about this type is that it will damage the paint by leaving traces of itself on the paint when removed.

The other option, which Bucks paid $800 for is a much refined version of paint protection. Each car model and all of their iterations (C6, Z06 etc.) have specific templates designed on CAD then cut out to fit the car perfectly. The advantage of these are tried and tested materials, with consistent wall thicknesses.

I've concluded that I will be going with the traditional route for my Z06 and may try out this nice 3M product for my daily driver.
