$5k extra for this package on 1Lt...seriously? At least they have red seatbelts... Guess $4k for plaque.
How do these 2019’s reconcile with the below picture? Does that screen print picture foretell a revised 22002 Stingray is coming — to tide Corvette over until the delayed 2021 ME starts production early next year???
Yes for those of us just wanting an MSRP priced ZR1 this is a non event. Yawn.
But for the GS lovers a chance to get a special car for a typical highly priced set of few unique features.
Reminds me of the Carbon 65 thing. Which many are still sitting in showrooms new waiting to be sold at a now marked down price.

Not impressed. Drivers series without competition seats? I ordered my GS "Bob" edition (without the special dash plaque) as I wanted it and didn't pay a premium for what someone else likes.

Interesting that I just talked with one of the largest Corvette dealers in the U.S., who typically stocks over 100 new Corvettes, and at this time he is not planning ordering one of the Drivers Series GS’s for stock.
First time i see one of these advertized locally ....in McMurray. They probably want msrp for it. Shows as a "milner" on the center console plaque..

It’s a collection car from a very limited series. Not my cup of tea but for the guy who follows the racing series it will likely give them a thrill and be an attractive car.
Admittedly I slagged the “Carbon” editions that came out a while back as they are missing lots of carbon fibre where it absolutely should be. They have carbon fibre sitting along side carbon flash. Kind of lame as when you look at one, it’s glaring.
Anyway all these special edition cars are specifically attractive to a limited number of buyers and only come out in very limited numbers. So some day our kids will be chasing these things down eagerly like we are with a few cars from the generations.
We should re-think our negative BS on these cars as they will likely be worth more than ours someday.
Who am I to say being currently Vetteless but IMHO this edition is not a collector. What’s collectable and exclusive about it other than the center console plaque. I think everything else could be optioned in likely at less that the $5k usd package price. But to each their own it’s different.... I’d just hate answering the question for passengers......”whos this Milner”?
