2005 Daytime runnung lights

Hello, does anyone know if the daytime running light can be enabled on a 2005 C6 American model or is it necessary to install a DRL module? Thanks!

Pretty sure they can be enabled.............owner manual should say so, but I'm not 100% sure about this! but my best guess. Sorry I couldn't be a better resource.....about to board a plane.

I think the feature can be turned on by a Tech II programmer at any (good) GM dealer.

mine were turned on manually with the info center in options
