Who has had trouble getting a new drivers side visor to twist into the locking tabs on their C5?

So I have installed the supplied load resistors in the front turn signal/DRL circuits and everything works fine as they are supposed to...when sitting in the garage. When I drive around using the turn signals, the DRL does not come back on after signal cancelled. Something else in the system is...

I have changed the front DRL/Turn Signal bulbs to Katur (brand) LED Switchback bulbs. The colour and brightness are great. However the DRL's don't come back on always, after the turn signal has cancelled. Has anyone experienced this and found a solution. I have a hyper flash harness installed...

Yes, we have to remind ourselves that it was a TV show, with limited time to show the complete situation. The later C5's are notorious for cold solder joints in the EBCM and the relay is simply used to turn power on/off. If the relay contacts are confirmed with a ohmmeter to have a resistance...

You are correct. I saw that also. It is not the actual soldering/repair that intimidates, it's getting that darn module apart without breaking something. I tried for a half hour and decided I better send it out before I broke it and had to buy another one!
