Time to sell my old 1990 ZR-1, Ethanol clocks injectors badly. One would think when GM and Lotus designed this engine they would have thought of that earlier than they did?
It's been a long wait for guys receiving their orders, plus parts problems and now plant shut down for a week. Big demand for the C8 thus big headaches waiting to receive it. Hope you get yours before the snow comes.
I was discouraged when the first mid engine C8 came out in 2020, foolishly thinking I had time to order one and missed out. I think it's ridicule's that GM abandons us here in Canada in regards to dealer allocations cut in half. Couldn't they have split that between Canada and the US? I like...
Wish upon the stars. Certainly a long wait for the Z06 , but @ my age can't afford to wait. I guess comfort and ride are my preferences for my next car. Thinking (less money) Mercedes AMG SLC or BMW Z will suit be just fine.
Thanks for the info, very interesting to see GM has given us many choices, but with the high cost of inflation (Gas) all I need to do is win the lottery. As much a chance as hell freezing over, those that do have sufficient cash hope you enjoy your ride.
Sorry to hear of your loss, may God give you peace during this unhappy time. Garry seemed to have been a very hard worker, working all those fields. In heaven looking over all the crops.
It appears Mr. Rruuff Day you have started a run on your favorite Bourbon, Woodward. I am more of a Crown Royal fan on the rocks, but to each his own. Eat, Drink and be Merry is my motto. Cheers!
It seems to me it's all about the money, not the love of the car. I assume if the market bares it some will pay the exuberant price asked. Dealers are there to make money and take advantage of the demand. They will be waiting a long, long time for me to make them richer.
