I ordered a 2027 GS 3LT Convertible and afterwards wanted the ZZ3 option. (Engine cover and light feature. I “think” this option has one or two parts that cover the motor and thought there may be some sound deadening advantage) I was too late. I understand the parts may be available. Does anyone know how to install? (I just joined a couple of minutes ago.) Thanks.

You can buy the convertible engine cover with a window in it from an aftermarket vendor.
It probably won't be as quiet as the original solid cover due to lack of sound deadening where the window is.
You would also need to source the piece that sits on the top of the engine as HTCs don't come with a fancy lid.
The clear cover and the engine lid are easy to install, but now you have to keep the engine clean which won't be easy as you have to remove the clear cover every time.
Engine room lights may be harder to install.
Go to your search engine and search "corvette c8 convertible clear engine cover",,, and take your pick
