I finally got time (what else is there to do) and the motivation to pull the supercharger off my car to change the isolator. It wasn't really that noisy but when I got it out, it was shot! Not too much wear on the shaft and should be fine with the new Eaton isolator. Car only has 24,000 miles on it.
