Z06 rims

Hey guys. Got a 2007 z06 black corvette. Currently have niche turin rims on it. 19" front and 20" rear. Wanting to either upgrade to the black oem c7 wheels, or go a bronze/copper look. Let's see what you have on your z's!

I’ve got the factory Z06 19 and 20” wheels in black satin finish with the red ring. For me... I’m pleased with the look. Might look great on your Z too.

It is a great looking rim, the C7 Z06. Being on those forums mostly many question how easy they bend/crack. If you get a great price then go for it, but if you are paying as you would an aftermarket price I would stay away!

That’s interesting. I’ve never heard that before about the C7 Z06 rims. Going to do a little reading now.
Cracked rims is definitely not something anyone needs from heavy cornering track driving. I would have asked at Spring Mountain if I knew about this as those Z06 rims see hard cornering for their entire life there and multiple tire changes.
Either way agree, one should not be paying aftermarket upgrade prices for factory wheels.

Same in Edmonton. I cringe (curse) often when I fail to dodge a sunken manhole or pothole.
So far my rims have eaten it all. Definitely food for thought.
